Sobre began in Fethiye in 2024 as a couple’s shared dream. We prepare our products fresh daily in our own kitchen. Whether choosing ingredients or developing a recipe, we have the same aim: to take pride in the flavour that reaches your table.

French butter in croissants, Belgian chocolate in desserts and the character of the bean in coffee. We bring our curiosity for distinctive flavours together with the warmth of a family business.
