FETHIYE · FROM OUR KITCHEN

Layers of care. A croissant from the first bite.

The flavour we seek in a croissant starts with the time we give the dough. In our Fethiye kitchen, we use French butter, long fermentation and traditional lamination.

Butter, time and layers

Lamination is the technique of folding dough and butter to create a croissant’s layered structure. In our plain croissant, we combine it with long fermentation. Giving every stage the same attention, from preparing the dough to taking it out of the oven, is a daily habit in the Sobre kitchen.

Plain or sweet?

Plain croissant is for those who enjoy buttery dough on its own. Our sweet croissant menu includes raspberry, Crunch, Cookie and chocolate options. See the varieties prepared that day on our shelves and choose one to go with your coffee.

Savoury croissant choices

Smoked Meat Pain Croissant is a savoury option with aged kaşar cheese and smoked meat. Four Cheese Twissy Croissant brings together aged kaşar, Gouda, cream cheese and Cheddar. Sandwich Croissant is prepared with white cheese, olive paste, lettuce and smoked turkey. Each sweet or savoury option is a different expression of the same care in our kitchen.
